Founded by James Tito and Adrian Clarke - Copapa Construction is a new company set up in Auckland, New Zealand with the aim of meeting the demands of new work and adding value to the greater Tamaki area.

With over 25 years experience in all facets of construction, landscaping and building, our kaupapa (purpose) is to offer high quality work at an affordable price for everyday people.

We believe in putting people first… With a kaupapa Māori approach to our work - we believe we achieve the perfect balance between production demands and looking after the land and our people.

In the spirit of collaboration and purpose - what ever your building or construction needs are - we would love to work with you to help you achieve it.

JAMES TITO // Director / Operations Manager

Born and bred in Taupō, NZ - James now resides with his wife in Auckland, NZ. Although relatively new to the construction industry having spent the majority of his time successfully in the entertainment business, James takes care of the day to day business and maintenance of the company.
A skilled operator and builder - James is passionate about creative problem solving and loves to exceed the clients expectations.

ADRIAN CLARKE // Director / Construction Manager

Hailing from Upper Hutt, NZ. Adrian has over 25 years experience in the construction industry doing it all. He has worked for all the major companies as head operator/foreman and continues to strive for excellence with this new company bringing his full experience and knowledge to the table.

An expert at operating all machinery, Adrian is all about putting people first and brings that old school way of hard work and working smarter in today’s ever changing landscape.

NEW DECK EXTENTION (2020)

This was one of the first jobs we ever did as a company for an awesome client called Sharleen. She needed privacy at her place but also didn’t want it to feel trapped in. It was a very fun job to do and we hope you can see and feel the enjoyment we had from watching.

BLOCKWALL REPAIR (2020)

This was a great job to do for us. The client had reached out to us in urgency because somebody had crashed into their blockwall. Because of cost and not knowing who to trust, they requested our services to give them a hand. We obliged and needless to say, it all ended well.
